For composite plans our fees are based on £60 per hour on top of a variable print cost.

Our digital planning service can substantially improve the quality and accuracy of existing plans which accompany Title Deeds or which are used for Land Registry purposes. If you're still working from old plans which may be second or third generation photocopies of the original; may contain out-of-date information; or may have been reproduced at an incorrect scale then we can provide a clean, accurate, digital version with the most up-to-date mapping data.
We offer a quick and easy service to produce lease and demise plans for all types of land or property.
We also specialise in compiling sets of multiple plans covering large areas (for example industrial estates or agricultural land spanning many acres) into a single detailed composite plan.
Plans can be provided in digital (PDF) format or colour hard copies.
